    На данный момент головная боль или стихла или я к ней привык – не могу точно сказать, так как состояние без абсолютной боли я не испытывал давно. Могу только сказать, что сейчас она беспокоит меньше, поэтому буду говорить о ней в прошедшем времени, так как всё-таки она сильно беспокоила раньше. Если описывать эту боль, то она была сосредоточена в затылке и имела ноющий характер. Было ощущение, что голова сдавливается. Постоянным спутником этой боли был и остался сейчас постоянный шум в голове – ощущение высокочастотного звона в ушах. Этот шум мне довольно сильно мешает. Совокупность боли, шума, возможно других факторов, мешает спать – качество сна плохое. К тому же в последнее время иногда заклинивает шею, где по результатам МРТ было обнаружено 3 грыжи C2-C5 и узкий позвоночный канал. Узкий канал и наличие грыж привели к относительному центральному стенозу позвоночного канала. Теперь я думаю, может все проблемы из–за этого? Но обо всем по порядку.

      Узкий позв канал, знакомо. Проблемы с гидравликой.. отточные вены с черепа, это нужна больше работа с физикой, чем химией, препараты для тонуса сосудов, итд. Где то позвоночные мышцы в гипертонусе, где то наоборот. Необходимо сбалансировать их. Либо искать самому, либо хороший остеопат покажет, где локализовано.. Самостоятельно конечно не вариант, осваивать все позв отделы, шейный грудной поясничный, никто не будет. Тратить годы на это. Есть методики общие, когда физ воздействие идёт не только на шею, а ещё и грудной отдел, итд. Есть именно для шейного отдела упражнения, но лучше воздействовать полностью на весь позвоночник. Начиная с доски евминова, айкунэ, и заканчивая воздействием вращательным.

Хотя на последнем приеме у нейрохирурга по поводу стеноза я задал ему вопрос — там проходит с месте стеноза ликвор? Он сказал, что «ну видимо проходит». По моему, один из нейрохирургов мне также говорил, что желудочки расширены, но не значительно. «признаками повышения внутричерепного давления». Не так давно ходил к окулисту проверить глаза. Она проверяла мне внутреглазное давление — оказалось в норме. Однако сказала, что у меня, по моему, вены сильно наполнены кровью, видимо расширены больше, чем надо. Посоветовала сходить в врачу по общему состоянию вен. » Решение о целесообразности хирургического лечениния должен принимать врач» Да он мне и сказал, что пока не целесообразно, так как нет явных неврологических нарушений. Эпилепсию исключали не по МРТ, а по ЭЭГ (несколько раз делал)

Уже много времени с этим провел и поэтому психика научилась игнорировать, я думаю.
